Welcome to the new normal.
We have finally reached a stage in society where equality for all genders and sexualities is no longer a pipe-dream. There are still battles to be fought but when it comes to business if you are not openly supportive of the LGBTQ community then you are falling behind.
Whether you are a business owner or a HR professional, you not only have a moral obligation to support this inclusivity, but you have an opportunity to be seen a leader and pioneer in celebrating diversity in everything that we do.
But it’s not always easy. If you are not an active part of the community yourself then it can be challenging to understand where prejudice is still a part of your business practices and culture. You may want to make changes, but knowing what they are or how to best implement them is a whole other matter.

WHO ARE WE?
We are three queer people who between us have over five decades of experience in LGBTQ Community development, activism and training.
G Sabini-Roberts is non-binary and has been an LGBTQ activist, organiser, facilitator and trainer since 1996.
They have been running a successful Brand Design Agency, Branding By G Ltd since 2012.
Ruth Sabini-Roberts has been involved in LGBTQ activism since 2002.
She joined G in running Branding By G Ltd in 2019.
Robin Jakumeit is a non-binary academic who runs workshops for the LGBTQ community and has been involved in acitivsm and policy making since 2010.
Their work focusses on gender, sexuality and relationship diversities.
